Finance car issues that could of been a massive problem for me
Excellent I had issues with my car that I thought could not be fixed as was my gearbox,however carplex took my car back and also provided me with a courtesy car free of charge. gearbox was rebuilt and my car is like new all in warranty so it cost me nothing and they made the process so easy . I am Very happy with the service I receive and continue to receive

Purchased a lovely little car for myself from Louis at carplex. Nothing to much trouble. Went to look at the car gave us all the time we wanted looking around it and small imperfection sorted by the time we came to collect. Checked over by mechanics and imperfection sorted amazingly can't tell there was ever anything there. Unfortunately I had an issue with the battery on the way home purchased one myself and fully reimbursed within hours! Can't fault any of them at Carplex would recommend to anyone. I had a battery problem suddenly arise with the car. Hamid came to my home on Sunday, when he could have been enjoying the glorious weather. He got it started & it went ok. Unfortunately wouldn't start later so had to get it jump started. I rang Carplex this morning & Hamid came with Jake & took it to be tested. I now have a brand new battery at no cost to myself. They brought the car back too & were very willing & cheerful about it all. Can't see how we'd get better service anywhere else. My daughter's hoping to get a car in new year so Carplex is where I shall take her.
